Training of Mainland High School Guidance Counsellors was collaborated by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and mainland Ministry of Education. Teachers from Departments of Education in three major provinces and several universities will have four weeks of on-the-job training, observation, talks and seminars to lift professional standards.

On 12 November 2009, Mr. Measure Hung, Founder of Mobicon, was invited by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and provided a sharing session to the delegation. In the session, Mr. Hung has shared the requirement of university graduated in business field. Teachers can provide appropriate training to university students accordingly.
