The Group’s business network reaches globally and the management teams of the Group believe interactions between the staff members always have mutual benefits. The Group organized S3 International Conference annually starting from this year. The conference aims at generating new idea for the Group’s development.

Our each region in HK, S.Africa , Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan prepared presentations specific on the following topics :

- Operatio ns , Management & Leadership

At our S3 Conference , we will need to know and understand our vision, not only for each individual company, but also for the group, so that we can all be in Sync. and develop our business units in the same direction. The conference revolves around the aspects of strategy, sales & marketing, operations, survival and sustainability.

Towards the end of the conference, it became very clear that PEOPLE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLs , TRAINING, MOTIVATION and other limiting attributes, were the major obstacles to the development and evolution of our companies, teams, peoples and departments.

<> I am sure that besides the conference , the Host of our MANTECH - Manny , Sara, Nanda and many colleagues' gave every one , every area very intensive care from day one arrival until the end of the journey. Many of our colleagues who is the first time to visit to S.Africa, very excited to travel to a country so unique , so beautiful , so friendly , so passionate ! Let all of us say an heartfelt great thanks to Manny and his team members. Thank you for everything and really felt the deep pressure we gave you in 3 months time from set up , arrangement till our way home !
