South African Portuguese Chamber of Commerce's post (2026-11-02)     SAPCC and SACBM join forces to build the South Africa–Portugal–Mozambique business corridor  On Gala night, just before the 12th Annual SAPCC Cell C Gala and Business Excellence Awards at Emperors Palace, the South African Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (SAPCC) and the South African Chamber of Business in Mozambique (SACBM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding for general collaboration.  Signing for SACBM were Filipe Raposo, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Tongaat Hulett in Mozambique, and Sonia Matsinhe Chembeze, CEO of the Chamber and General Manager of Sasol Mozambique. Signing for SAPCC were Executive Directors Rui Marto and Manny Moutinho. The MOU sets out how the two chambers intend to work together: ✅ share market intelligence and opportunities across the corridor  ✅ introduce members and business contacts to each other  ✅ co-host business forums, networking events and trade missions ✅ coordinate advocacy on matters of common interest  We look forward to reciprocal trade missions and joint events.  Watch this space for announcements.
