DV Power Limited, a subsidiary of Mobicon Group Limited, shall be merged with and into Mobicon Holdings Limited whereupon the separate existence of DV Power Limited shall cease.

Starting from 1 October 2011 onwards, DV Power Limited would transfer its product lines to Mobicon Holdings Limited and thus DV Power Limited would stop taking any new orders but only keep on fulfilling the balance backlog orders on its own until 31 December 2011.

We believe this merger will offer customer important benefits.  By combining the strengths of both DV Power Limited and Mobicon Holdings Limited, we could not only create more value for our customers and provide better services, but we will also be able to reduce cost, improve our operations and strengthen our brand management.  This will in turn enable us to provide more valuable services and support.
