wishh! was awarded as “Consumer Caring Company 2016” (2017-01-12)     wishh! was awarded as “Consumer Caring Company 2016” The Consumer Caring Scheme organized by GS1 Hong Kong to recognize companies that use international standards, information technology, and the optimization of supply chain management to improve business processes to enhance consumer satisfaction. Judging is based on seven core consumer caring values, including consumer care, sincerity, commitment, product quality and safety assurance, service quality understanding consumer behaviors and caring for employees. wishh!’s consumer care measures and performances were assessed according to a scorecard based on the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR). After deliberation by a team of professional judges, wishh! was awarded ‘Consumer Caring Company’ and this award was received by Director of wishh!, Ms. Joyce Hung.     < Back
